Custom Commissions are marked "made to order" on the listing and state the estimated production and delivery time in the product description. International Shipping: International shipping is available to certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. During the checkout screen, you will be informed if shipping is available to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10 to 25 days shipping time for your international package, production times can be found above in the respective "For Prints" or "For Originals" section. After notification, you have 14 days to ship it back. Unfortunately, if the art hasn't been notified and shipped within this window I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged Packages: I am happy to replace, refund, or fix (if applicable) damaged art products at no cost to you. Please reach out within 21 days of delivery for any of these options.
